This includes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gathering requirements from the business and conveying them to the web vendor<\/li>\n<li>Testing all new features<\/li>\n<li>All setup and configuration related to the online store and website to support marketing<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostics of any anomaly experienced on the website, the online store and associated programs like our Refer-A Friend and Loyalty programs.<\/li>\n<li>Analytics and reporting of website and online store activities ranging from web traffic to sales transactions<\/li>\n<li>Recommendation for optimisation of the website and the online store and related campaigns mechanics<\/li>\n<li>Manage Shopee operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing &amp; PR \u2013 Company wide Strategic Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the CMO office<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to and operationalise the marketing strategy and directions<\/li>\n<li>Strategise\/Design the Product or Event launches roadmap for next 12 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing \u2013 Planning, execution and monitoring on all channels and platforms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operationalise the execution of the marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Work with external marketing agency team<\/li>\n<li>Work with PR team whenever applicable and needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Social Media Content Officer<\/li>\n<li>Respond to social media engagements (Facebook, Instagram)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing &#8211; Assets Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation of graphic assets for deployment on all applicable channels\/platforms, like the website, social media, emails, to support marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Manage central databases of graphic\/creative assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PR \u2013 Manage Press Release and Public Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with external PR agency team<\/li>\n<li>Own and maintain currency of the website Press page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management \u2013 Marketing Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables by all parties<\/li>\n<li>Manage project timeline and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Manage and report on project progress, resource and budget consumption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Work Process Improvement Initiatives<br \/>\n<\/strong>Participate in Processes Automation and Improvement initiative<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online Store Customer Experience (pre-sales, online shopping, purchase, delivery, post-sales)<\/li>\n<li>Order Fulfillment \u2013 packing, marketing brochures, way to the top of our list are\u00a0:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate with at least 5 years working experience in Marketing and 2 years in eCommerce management.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate very strong understanding of the fundamentals of eCommerce and its fulfillment process.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate very strong understanding of the fundamentals of branding and marketing operations management.<\/li>\n<li>Resume should ideally include a period where candidate was a practicing operations\/supply chain\/logistics\/customer services\/eCommerce professional.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with management, deployment or configuration of automation tools will be a distinct advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Complimentary skills will include :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge and experience in conducting A\/B testings to maximise return on investment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with content creation software such as Adobe Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>Experience in digital media platform such as, not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in digital media platforms such as MoSocial, WeChat a plus<\/li>\n<li>Well acquainted with analytics and reporting tools such as SEO, SEM, EDM, CrazyEgg.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of website performance UI and UX<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing overseas digital marketing activities is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Strong communications skill<\/li>\n<li>Team building<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and vendor\/partner
