mySKINBAR offers complimentary international shipping on orders that meets the minimum order in SGD for each specific country.
Please note that the exact shipping fee will be applied to your order at checkout.

All international orders would require a signature by our courier partners upon delivery. Our courier partners usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days.
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Singapore GST (Goods & Services Tax). We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
Important information
All orders are fully traceable at the courier partner (DHL/TNT/Fedex) website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
First-Time Order Policy
For security purposes, mySKINBAR reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order
Insurance
mySKINBAR insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by mySKINBAR.
LOCAL SHIPPING
- We deliver to all orders at no delivery charge within Singapore for orders S$50 and above. A flat rate S$4.00 is charged otherwise.
- We deliver to any address in Singapore EXCEPT airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.
- The estimated shipping time is 2 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping upon confirmation receipt of payment.
- Our courier delivers between Mondays to Saturdays (excl. Sun & Public Holidays)
CUT-OFF TIME:
- Our daily cut-off time is 3:00pm (Singapore time), Mondays to Fridays.
- Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
- Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays* will be processed on the following business day.
*based on Singapore annual calendar.
Can I collect my order directly from mySKINBAR?
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, this option is currently unavailable.
How do you ensure products are in good condition during transit?
Products are inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Should you receive a damaged product, please contact us at msbteam@myskinbar.com
What should I do if my order is not yet delivered?
Please contact us at msbteam@myskinbar.comwith your order number.
Will I get charged for re-delivery?
Yes, you will not be charged for re-delivery upon two failed attempts.
What happens if I missed the delivery time-slot scheduled?
Our delivery service partner (the courier company) will contact you within 2 working days to reschedule the delivery. There is no re-delivery fee. If the courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to mySKINBAR for self-collection for Singapore orders.
