Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Singapore GST (Goods & Services Tax). We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

All orders are fully traceable at the courier partner (DHL/TNT/Fedex) website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, mySKINBAR reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order


mySKINBAR insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by mySKINBAR.



  • We deliver to all orders at no delivery charge within Singapore for orders S$50 and above. A flat rate S$4.00 is charged otherwise.
  • We deliver to any address in Singapore EXCEPT airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.
  • The estimated shipping time is 2 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping upon confirmation receipt of payment.
  • Our courier delivers between Mondays to Saturdays (excl. Sun & Public Holidays)


  • Our daily cut-off time is 3:00pm (Singapore time), Mondays to Fridays.
  • Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays* will be processed on the following business day.

Will I get charged for re-delivery?

Yes, you will not be charged for re-delivery upon two failed attempts.

What happens if I missed the delivery time-slot scheduled?

Our delivery service partner (the courier company) will contact you within 2 working days to reschedule the delivery. There is no re-delivery fee. If the courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to mySKINBAR for self-collection for Singapore orders.
