How do I make a purchase?
- Navigate your way around our estore to find the product you want.
- Once you have found an item, click on the “Add to Cart’” button on the product page.
- You can either ‘Proceed to checkout’ or ‘Continue shopping’
- Review the items in your cart by clicking the ”Cart” link at the top right of the page, and proceed to checkout once ready for payment.
- Your order summary will appear for your review.
- Sign in with your account or register yourself if this is your first time.
- Fill up your shipping information (tick the box use delivery address as the billing address).
- To use a promotion code, enter it into “Promo Code” and click “Apply”. The total amount will be updated with the discount.
- Review your order before proceeding to payment.
- Choose mode of delivery
- Choose mode of payment
- Check your email for an order confirmation.
What and where is my order confirmation number?
The order confirmation number begins with MSBOR and can be retrieved:
- In your confirmation email.
- When you view your “Order History and Details” under “My Account”.
Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to amend your order once payment is confirmed. For urgent inquiries, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can still be cancelled if it has not been shipped. To check the status of your order, log in to “My Account” and click on “Order History and Details”. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.
Can mySKINBAR products be exchanged?
In the rare chance that your product has a defect or arrived damaged, you can get an exchange or a replacement for up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
How to make an exchange or replacement request?
- Products must have been purchased directly from mySKINBAR’s website.
- Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of items, and provide the following information:
Order reference number and list of specific items you would like an exchange or a replacement (including its product numbers), as well as the following:
- Picture of the damaged packaging as well as the product if the item arrived damaged.
- A written description of the defect
- Specify if you would prefer an exchange or a replacement
- Please note that you will need to pay for return shipping costs for exchanges
- Customer service will confirm receipt of your email and advise if your item is eligible for an exchange or a replacement within 3 working days of your request email. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 7 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and issued through your original method of payment within 14 working days.
