Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Win S$200 Shopping Voucher” (“Draw”) organised by mySKINBAR Pte Ltd (“mySKINBAR”).
By registering or taking part in this Draw, you agree to be bound by these Draw Terms and Conditions and the decisions of mySKINBAR in relation to and in connection with this Draw.
Eligibility
You must be a (physical) resident in Singapore, regardless of nationality, to participate and be eligible to win this S$200 Shopping Voucher giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.
No purchase necessary.
mySKINBAR has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and mySKINBAR is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
The eligibility period of the campaign is from 1 July 2021 to 15 July 2021.
The campaign will end on 15 July 2021 23:59.
mySKINBAR reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw Period.
mySKINBAR shall not be liable/responsible for any entries which are not received for whatever reason.
Prize
The final results of the draw shall be concluded on 20 July 2021.
The 10 winners will be chosen at random and notified through email using the email address supplied during sign-up by 31 July 2021.
In the event that any of the winners is not contactable within the stipulated date based on the email provided in the entry, a new winner will be chosen at random.
If the shopping voucher coupon (“Prize”) that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from mySKINBAR.
Reserve winner(s) will be drawn to replace any winner(s) subsequently disqualified.
The Prize(s) are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to mySKINBAR’s coupon terms and conditions.
The decisions of mySKINBAR on all matters relating to or in connection with the Shopping Spree Campaign are final, conclusive and binding. mySKINBAR shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Shopping Spree Campaign. mySKINBAR reserves the right to at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item of a similar value.
mySKINBAR reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions for the campaign at any time in its sole discretion.
Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Draw, the Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented to:
i) the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, email and/or likeness by mySKINBAR for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and
ii) receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from mySKINBAR from time to time.
